What is a better alternative to Sudocrem?
Metanium (the yellow cream) it's brilliant and just works. Bepanthen works well on very bad nappy rash. Weleda also makes a lovely nappy cream which is lighter in texture than Sudocrem and very good (but quite expensive). I second metanium (yellow cream) they also do another version which is a preventative.Jun 9, 2014
